Croatia – Refuse disposal and treatment – REMEDIATION OF THE WASTE-CONTAMINATED SITE IN GOSPIĆ – Phase 1

The remediation of the site in Gospić is planned to be carried out in at least two rehabilitation phases. For now, the following two phases are known: Phase 1 Implementation of the service of disposal and/or recovery of waste, which is packaged in “big bag” sacks and is in bulk state at the location itself (mound of stored “plastic waste”) Phase 2 Remediation of buried waste The site where the improperly disposed waste is located (Phase 1) is in Gospić, cadastral parcel No. 591/3, 599/4 and 599/18, all in cadastral municipality Divoselo. The subject of procurement is Phase 1 of the removal of improperly disposed waste packed in “big bag” sacks and that is in bulk state at the location itself (mound of stored “plastic waste”), and its disposal and/or recovery pursuant to the Waste Management Act (Official Gazette No. 84/21, 142/23) and subordinate regulations, which includes loading, transport, and disposal and/or recovery of waste. The offered subject of procurement must provide for loading into vehicles (enclosed so there is no waste scattering), weighing at the nearest location, transport to the waste management location, and recovery and/or disposal in the total estimated amount of 5,200.00 tonnes in a suitable and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act.
