The FBA seeks to procure consultants with expertise in international peace, security, development, and multilateral cooperation. In addition to subject-matter expertise, consultants should possess one or several key skills such as process support, dialogue facilitation, change management, senior advisory, mentoring, coaching, retreat and workshop facilitation and training.
