Sweden – Police equipment – Body Protection for Crowd Control Police

The subject matter of this procurement is a framework agreement that will ensure the needs of the Swedish Police Authority on a national basis. The framework agreement includes the provision of body protection for crowd control police officers. The body protection is intended to serve for the Swedish Police Authority’s crowd control units in an outdoor and indoor environment when handling crowds in various situations, such as riot control. The body protection is intended for use by regular crowd control police officers, as well as mounted police and plainclothes police. The body protection intends to protect the police officers in various situations. Protective properties such as flame retardant are therefore requested.
