Swedavia shall procure a Airport operational information & collaboration system which will be used by the operational airport stakeholders (airport operator, ground handing companies, airlines, ANSP, border police, customs etc.) to achieve common situational awareness, predictability and availability of operational information and status. The solution shall provide support for identifying and alerting about current or forecasted imbalances between capacity and demand, handling disruptions, real time communication, weather alerts, status updates, operational briefings etc., allowing for efficient collaboration between the Airport Operations Centre (APOC) and the airport stakeholders and a quick and effective response to changes and events at the airport. The system shall be complient with the The the Common Project One (CP1) regulation latest by 31 of December 2027. "If the candidate wants to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) this will be made available by Swedavia upon request.
