Sweden – Railway and tramway locomotives and rolling stock and associated parts – Supply of Locomotives and Coaches for procured night train traffic

The Swedish Transport Administration’s business unit vehicle management currently owns and manages 76 Coaches (Seating, Couchette, Sleeper and Restaurant coaches) and 12 Loco-motives (Rc6 electric locomotives) for the procured night train traffic. This procurement of Locomotives and Coaches is being conducted as the existing fleet is old and has low reliability, and the number of vehicles is not sufficient to supply all the contracted night train services.
