Germany – Research and experimental development services – Support and development for the project “Place&Route design support for ASICs and SoCs in nanometer

The division Smart Sensing and Electronics (SSE) of Fraunhofer IIS is currently looking for an exprienced contractor who can provide services regarding the design and development of several demanding ASIC- and SoC-Projects in bulk CMOS, FDSOI and GAA nanometer technologies (22 FDSOI, 12, 4 nm). The contractor should provide services on research for Interposer technologies and Interposer-Routing.
