Norway – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Framework agreement for staffing services

The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements with up to two staffing agencies in order to ensure The Contracting Authority has good access to temporary staffing resources. The agreement shall primarily cover needs within commercial positions, finances, accounts, HR/personnel, ICT, archive, reception, legal services, technical operations as well as other administrative assignments. The agreement shall not hinder The contracting authority ́s own placement of temporary staffing or use of work placements in cooperation. with, or with support from, NAV.
