Norway – Motor vehicles – dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of vehicles.

The aim of the scheme is to establish an efficient and flexible procurement process for standardised zero emission vehicles, and at the same time contribute to reducing the climate and environmental impact. This is done by phasing out fossil-driven vehicles and older electric cars in favour of zero-emission vehicles.
