Tender Description

The procurement of a new competence management system shall contribute to increasing both the efficiency and quality of the work with strategic competence management. The competence management system shall offer an LMS with standard functionality with simple author tools, as well as support processes throughout the entire employment relationship an employee. The system shall cover functionality for pre-boarding, on-boarding, course administration, competence follow-up, employee appraisals and analysis/reporting. The following are specific functionality requirements for the different elements that the system shall have. There is also a desire for the delivery of a recruitment system in addition that can cooperate with the competence system. This delivery is a non-exclusive, not obligatory option. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the contract with annexes.
