Norway – Hire of water transport equipment with crew – 25/02134 Framework agreement for the hire of fast moving vessels for monitoring coastal seals.

The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) wishes to hire a fast vessel for annual coastal seal surveys, mainly stock counts of ocean and stone cob along the Norwegian coast.
