De gemeente Leiden koopt namens het regioprogramma Jeugdhulp Holland Rijnland de SAS-dienst begeleide omgangsregeling (BOR) van Humanitas in, ter begeleiding van gezinnen in complexe echtscheidingssituaties. De jaarlijkse waarde is circa € 94.923 exclusief btw. Met een maximaal van €480.000,- exclusief btw voor 4 jaar.
