Ireland – Engineering services – Provision of Services to complete Domestic BER Assessments and Heat Pump Technical Assessments for Donegal County Council (in association with the North West Energy Agency)

Donegal County Council (in association with the North West Energy Agency) intends to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement with qualified and experienced service providers who are registered Domestic BER Assessors with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) to provide Domestic BER Assessments and Heat Pump Technical Assessments for batches of properties. The Initial Contract will be awarded to the successful Tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the Framework Agreement.
