The Health Service Executive (HSE), on behalf of University Hospital Limerick (UHL), invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of Maintenance Management Services for the Clinical Education and Research Centre (CERC Building). The service will ensure the full upkeep of the facility, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems, through proactive, reactive, and preventative maintenance. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the systems and components outlined in the tender documentation.
