Iceland – Construction work – Mulitipurpose Sportfacilities building for the sportclub KR

The contract concerns the design and construction of a new multipurpose sports facility for the KR sports club in Reykjavík. The total size of the building is approximately 6 700 m², including a 4 400 m² indoor sports hall designed for artificial turf football practice and 8-a-side competition. The annex will include offices, meeting rooms, and spaces for taekwondo and other sports. Main components include architectural and engineering design, earthworks, structural works, interior and exterior finishing, installation of utilities and fixed equipment, and final completion of the surrounding site.
