Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – HEAnet - Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Solutions and Associated Services

This DPS is for the provision of an ESM Solution and associated services which will be divided into Lots, by solution type. Interested parties may qualify for admittance to one or more Lot. Each Lot will offer the following services: • Modules for all aspects of IT service delivery (ITSM) • Additional Modules for all services outside of IT service delivery (ESM) • Ad hoc Professional Services Resources. Please note - Effective 01 Jan 2026, HEAnet and its subsidiary EduCampus will merge under the name of Asiera – Advancing Services for Irish Education, Research and Academia.
