Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – (25299) New competition Spectral cell sorter

The competition is for the procurement of a new cell sorter for the core facility for advanced microscopy. The instrument shall be installed in an existing laboratory and included in the core facility ́s equipment park. The value of the procurement is estimated to: NOK 8,500,000 excluding VAT, which is also the contracting authority ́s budget. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 in the Procurement Act, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement. The justification is that the procurement concerns the procurement of goods, cf. § 4 in the apprenticeship regulations.
