Netherlands – Electron microscopes – European Tender HR-SEM

The University of Twente is tendering to purchase a HIGH-RESOLUTION SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE This high-resolution scanning electron microscope (HR-SEM) with specific detectors/modules (e.g., EDS, EBSD, Raman) for various analyses – viz. visual, structural, elemental and compositional analyses – is to be purchased to maintain a state-of-the-art system and thereby the leading position of the MESA+ Institute with respect to advanced imaging and analyses. This HR-SEM, to be operated by a skilled engineer, will be applied for material/surface evaluation of samples from academic researchers as well as industry from a wide range of backgrounds/fields/industries, such as nanotechnology, chemistry, electronics, photovoltaics, photonics, micro/nanofluidics, (bio)medics.
