Netherlands – Database services – License to a database with patent publications

The Contract concerns: a license to a database consisting of patent publications, provided with enhanced English summaries. An enhanced summary consists (compared to any original summary accompanying the publication) of a standardized representation of the claimed invention, prepared based on an analysis by scientifically trained specialists, including at least: - the novel aspects of the invention; - the uses of the invention; - the advantages over the prior art. 2. The database must contain at least 130 million patent publications. The order value for one year + three optional years is € 220.000.-
