Technical Assistance for Strategic Communication Facility for EU in ASEAN. The action will support the implementation of strategic communication activities designed to raise awareness, understanding and perception of the EU and its partnership in ASEAN, in line with the priorities identified in the Regional Multi annual Indicative Programme as well as relevant global and regional strategies, in particular Global Gateway. It will also mobilise external expertise for project identification and formulation, evaluations, audits and studies.
