Avinor shall enter into a framework agreement for 1) Procurement of telephony services (landline and mobile) 2) Mobile telephones and additional equipment 3) Web portal. The three areas will be included in one contract with one Main Supplier. In addition a contract shall be signed with 1-2 supporting suppliers for mobile telephony.
