Ireland – Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations – TR3417 Mechanical Works for ESB Thermal, Hydro and Distributed Generation

The Contracting Entity is seeking expressions of interest from economic operators seeking entry on to a Qualification System that will be established for the subsequent procurement of Mechanical Works for ESB Thermal, Hydro and Distributed Generation (including Flexgen and Battery Storage) plants existing, acquired or built during the term of this Qualification System. The Qualification System may be used by ESB, ESB joint venture companies (existing or yet to be formed), ESB subsidiary companies or companies ESB Group has a minority interest in, to procure future work package scopes. The works will be located on the island of Ireland. The Qualification System gives contractors the opportunity to express their interest in tendering for these works which may arise. It is proposed that the contracts and or framework agreements procured pursuant to the Qualification System will encompass the provision of a broad range of mechanical tasks at ESB generation locations. This includes routine and general mechanical work, both on a regular basis and during plant overhauls and shutdowns, and provision of Off-site fabrication works. The scope will also include specific project -related tasks.
