Norway – Data-processing services – Procurement of AOM(U) system

The Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal (EBY) and any Kulturetaten (KUL) shall procure a cloud based MOM system to streamline and digitalise the processes connected to the management, operation and maintenance of properties. There is a need for a standard off-the-shelf system that supports the agency's employees in everything from contract management and follow-up of the tenant, operation and maintenance, handling deviations, fire safety and financial management.
