Norway – Software-related services – Customer System (CRM)

The main aim of this procurement is to have a new customer/business system (CRM) put into operation with all the necessary functionalities before the end of 2026. All interested tenderers can present a request for participation in this procedure. The contracting authority will evaluate the received requests for participation in the competition among all tenderers who are qualified to participate, and there can be a first reduction of the number of tenderers in this phase. It is decided in this competition that the contracting authority will invite 3 or 4 tenderers to submit a tender in the competition.
