Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Consultancy groups for the development of Melhus and Orkland VGS - Stage 1 - Prequalification.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into contract for the procurement of an engineering design and consultancy group for the development for the expansion/alteration of Melhus sixth form college and Orkland sixth form college. The development shall be carried out in collaboration between the consultant group and the builder ́s project group. The Property Department will see to the builder's responsibility in the interaction. The requested consultant group shall, as a minimum, consist of the following disciplines: Architect landscape architect, Consultant engineer, construction engineering/construction safety Consultant engineer, energy and environment assignments, consists of two phases. as well as a third phase as an option: Phase 1 - Conceptual directional choice - deadline June 2026Phase 2 - Decision basis - deadline autumn 2026Phase 3 - Preparation of basis for competition - start-up after political decision autumn 2026 (option) Competition on turnkey contract with interaction is planned to be announced. during autumn 2026. The turnkey contractor shall choose his own consultancy team in a turnkey contract competition, but there is no limit to whether the chosen consultancy team in this competition can join the turnkey contractor.
