Norway – Construction work for subsidised residential accommodation – RI-25-01 Turnkey contract reconstruction and extension of Rindal health centre

Rindal municipality intends to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor for the alterations and extensions of health centres. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need to upgrade the existing buildings in order to cost efficientise existing areas through energy efficiency and structural efficiency. Ten new 24 hour sheltered accommodation flats shall also be established in the same building. The turnkey contractor shall take into account and facilitate Helsetunet and adjoining buildings to be in operation during the alterations.
