Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – 9301 Qualification System for Professional Services

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants to participate in the pre-qualification process to establish a Qualification System (QS) for Professional Services. This qualification system is to facilitate the delivery of professional services that integrate expertise from multiple fields to provide comprehensive solutions for IÉ current and future projects, as well as its business plan objectives. The proposed services shall involve but not be limited to: - Provision of strategic/ expert advisory services in any of the listed areas - Professional services secondments - Provision of all deliverables as required in the relevant Phases of the Iarnród Éireann Project Management Procedures - Provision of advice on planning and other statutory processes - Development of realistic alternative options for the implementation of a project or business objectives. These alternatives may involve different routes or alignments, alternative designs, or substitute approaches that could also deliver the core project objectives
