Norway – Medical consumables – Framework agreement medical consumables

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the purchase of medical consumables. The contracting authority ́s aim with the procurement is that the contract products, together with good care, shall give a good total economy. The contracting authority ́s finances mean that the products, based on their qualities, simplify the nurses ́ work assignments and free up time for other assignments. The Contracting Authority is also committed to providing users and patients with suitable products of good quality.
