Ireland – Computer support services – DESC: Hosting and Support Services

The Services required comprise hosting and support services including: • Take-on management and support of the existing Azure cloud infrastructure (including MS365) • Migration of on premise Active Directory and print services to Azure • Reconfiguration of on premise firewall to provide DHCP and DNS services • Migration of some applications to this platform, notably a new Course Management System (CMS) • Ongoing support and maintenance of the platform and certain applications • Ongoing support (including Helpdesk) of DESC’s ICT technologies (Laptops, Large screens, network infrastructure, etc). • Optionally, migration and support of the telephone system.
