Design and Construction Services and Works Wicklow County Council is seeking to establish a Framework for the Design and Construction of Design and Build Housing Units, including refurbishment, extension, and other infrastructure works across various locations in County Wicklow, County Kildare, and County Wexford and their affiliated Approved Housing Bodies. All the above-named councils will participate on this framework as named parties to the Framework Agreement. The framework will be established on foot of two initial contracts for Wicklow and Wexford County Councils. Each County Council will have a separate framework which will facilitate the participation of SMEs in the some of the smaller scale projects.
