France – Batteries – Energy storage – Call for applications for the supply of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries and, if applicable, the inverter, transformer, and operation and maintenance (O&M) for the DC or DC+AC part of an energy storage project in France (Variscourt).

EDF Power Solutions, a leader in renewable energy production and a subsidiary of the EDF group, carries the group's ambitions in renewable energies. The market concerns the installation of batteries and the potential operation and maintenance of a storage project in Variscourt (Hauts-de-France region). The storage facility has the following characteristics: - Battery capacity: 95 MWh - Battery power: 47.5 MW - Technology: LFP (lithium iron phosphate) - Project duration: 25 years - COD: Q1/2028 Execution part: The contractor must provide and install the lithium iron phosphate batteries and, if applicable, the inverter and transformer that meet the technical specifications and safety standards of EDF Power Solutions. Operation – Maintenance part: The operation and maintenance of the site will be based on a contract with a maximum duration of 25 years. The contractor must take into account all the technical characteristics of the project related to the execution phase. During the duration of this contract, the contractor will receive an annual fixed remuneration based on its pricing offer which will include: - Site supervision and security - Preventive maintenance of DC or AC equipment - Corrective maintenance of DC or AC equipment - Management of warranties and regulatory checks - Relationship with EDF Power Solutions - Maintenance of battery performance: availability, SOH, RTE, and auxiliary consumptions. EDF Power Solutions reserves the option to withdraw the services related to DC and AC equipment at the time of the finalization of the contract. EDF Power Solutions does not take responsibility for any direct or indirect costs incurred in preparing the response to this request, nor for losses and costs related to potential site visits and/or meetings, nor for the cancellation of this request.
