Haugesund municipality shall rebuild a former nursing home from the 1980s to a respite care centre for children and youths (0-18 years), Stølen respite care centre. Users are children living at home with different forms of mental and physical disabilities. In addition to a respite care centre, parts of the building shall be able to be used as a day offer for youths/adults when children/youths are in schools, etc., the project shall be carried out as builder managed shared contracts.
