Greece – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Implementation and support of a Business Intelligence System in the OPS ESPA for the PP 2021-2027

The object of the contract is the implementation and support of a Business Intelligence System in the OPS ESPAfor the PP2021-2027. The system will cover the ever-increasing needs of agencies and executives active in the ESPA ecosystem, for optimal information and data management related to the Programs supported by the OPS. More specifically, the project will include: • Needs and implementation study to analyze the transition requirements from the existing system and implementation of the new BI system • Transitional BI reuse and migration actions • The development of the new BI environment/system and its commissioning • Activation of BI software licenses • Support services for at least 10 months • Training of YOPS technicians and users to familiarize them with the use of the new system.
