The subject of the contract is the ‘RDF4J’ project. Resource Description Framework (‘RDF’) is a standard web technology and a method for modelling and defining information and data. This open source component is widely used across industries. „RDF4J’ is an open source framework that enables the processing of „RDF“ in practical applications, including querying, storing and retrieving RDF data. As part of this contract, relevant services are to be provided for the open source component in several milestones, including updating the core of ‘RDF4J’, optimising the performance of the component, and implementing tests and mechanisms to sustainably improve the overall security, user-friendliness, performance and robustness of the component in the public interest.
