Iceland – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – CAN - Public contract between the Technology Development Fund (Tækniþróunarsjóður) and Klak

The Technology Development Fund (Tækniþróunarsjóður) ID no. 700404-4630 and KLAK ID no. 440500-2690 have done a horizontal public contract in accordance to paragraph 3 of article 13 of the Public Procurement Act no. 120/2016 (PPA). Three year contract, total 150.000.000 ISK. The contract includes the Technology Development Fund buying professional consultation for entrepreneurial projects that are being supported by grants from the fund. Please note that for the sake of completing this notice, Technology Development Fund (Tækniþróunarsjóður) is listed as buyer and KLAK as tenderer. However as this description and justification say, there was no tender. This is a public contract between two public entities.
