Norway – Construction work – E201 Constructional main contract

Haugesund municipality shall rebuild a former nursing home from the 1980s to a respite care centre for children and youths (0-18 years), Stølen respite care centre. The users are children living at home with different forms of mental and physical disabilities. In addition to a respite care centre, parts of the building shall be able to be used as a day offer for youths/adults when children/youths are in schools, etc., the project shall be carried out as builder managed shared contracts. See Chapter A - Project Information for further details on the other contracts. The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one contractor for a constructional main contract (E201).
