The subject of this Negotiated Procedure covers the Provision of Services at Casa Amalia (Day and Night Shelter). The place of acceptance of the services shall be in Gozo, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years between the 1st January 2026 to the 31st December 2028, with a possibility of a one-year extension, and the INCOTERM2010 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
