The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to carry out a market survey to map which tenderers offer an analysis programme for running and resting time, beyond the current system. The programme shall support control of drivers who carry out transport in business activities, in accordance with the current EU rules and at the same time be adapted to Norwegian conditions and needs in the control business. The objective of the survey is to gain better insight into what systems are available in the market, how these are technically and functionally designed and which delivery models are offered. We would particularly like information on a technical platform (e.g. client-based, web-based or hybrid), functionality connected to regulation analysis and reporting, options for integration with internal systems, as well as price models and cost drivers. The market survey shall form the basis for any new procurement, and contribute to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration designing a competition that is well adapted to the market and at the same time meets the needs of Utekontroll in an efficient and future orientated manner.
