Ireland – Civil engineering consultancy services – The Procurement of an Engineering Service Provider for the Connection of 16 Group Water Schemes in Donegal to the Public Water Supply and Taking in Charge of Same

Donegal County Council wishes to appoint an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) using the standard conditions of engagement COE1 for the design of interconnector watermains for three lots comprising 16 private Group Water Schemes (GWS)s to the closest point on the Public Water Supply. These GWS are located across the county. The service is to include for all Civil and Hydraulic Design services as required; any environmental / ecological evaluations required; preparation of construction tender docs, administration of tender process (publication, clarifications, evaluation, etc.); award and management of construction contract. The ESP will also be required to act as PSDP for the Project.
