Malta – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE FOR A HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM UTILIZING THE MALTESE ISLANDS’ AQUIFERS AND, OR, SURROUNDING THERMAL MASS AS PART OF THE SUSTAINABLE LIVING CENTRE SITE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MALTA

The subject of this negotiated procedure is for the drilling of boreholes, together with the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of all equipment and accessories required for a heating and cooling system utilising the Maltese Islands’ aquifers and, or surrounding underground thermal mass in relation to the LIFE 16 IPE MT 008 project at the Sustainable Living Complex Site at the University of Malta.
