Norway – E-learning services – Parallel framework agreements for digital teaching aids 6.

Oslo municipality c/o the Education Agency (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to submit tenders for parallel framework agreements under the Oslo School ́s dynamic procurement scheme for the procurement of digital teaching aids and teaching resources for the Oslo School. NB: Only tenderers who do not have the current framework agreement for digital teaching aids with Oslo municipality, the Agency for Education or suppliers, have several products that they would like a contract for that shall submit a tender in this competition The tenders are delivered via the contracting authority ́s competition implementation tool Eu-supply KGV. A framework agreement will be awarded with all tenderers who fulfil the minimum requirements in SSA-L annex 1. Prices are recorded directly in the Oslo School's administration tool for the scheme, "Use". Call-offs on the framework agreement will be made by user choices, see further information in SSA-R, Annex 2: Procedures for awarding contracts within the framework agreement.
