Ireland – Architectural and related services – Procurement of ICT Team for 'Three Villages - One Community' Project

The Economic Operator (Integrated Consultant Team – ICT) will provide full professional services for RIBA Plan of Work 2013, inclusive of all deliverables, across the three distinct village sites of Ederney, Kesh, and Pettigo. The ICT will deliver comprehensive architectural, engineering, and project management services to support the design, procurement, and delivery of the capital works schemes outlined below. 1. Ederney (RIBA stage 2 – 7) 2. Kesh (RIBA Stage 2 – 7) 3. Pettigo (RIBA Stage 2 – 7) This project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
