Ireland – Systems support services – Provision of ICT Managed Service Support and Security for MS Hybrid AD Architecture for the Mental Health Commission

The MHC is issuing a request for tender (RFT) to suitably qualified ICT Support Providers to support the Commission’s ICT infrastructure. The aim of this tendering process is to appoint ‘one single provider’ only to support and manage all of the Commission’s infrastructure as outlined clearly in this document. The key objectives of the ICT External Support Service will include but are not limited to: o Support and Management of the Commission’s infrastructure o Proactive monitoring of servers, firewalls, switches, and intrusion detection o Provide day to day user support (Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm) and 24/7/365 remote support o 24/7/365 security monitoring and threat detection
