Slovakia – Public relations services – ELA/2025/NP/0018

On 11/12/2023, ELA signed the multiple framework service contract in cascade ELA/2023/OP/0015/FWC/Lo2-­1 and ELA/2023/OP/FWC/Lot 2-­2 for the provision of communication and outreach services. The contracts were awarded following the open procurement procedure No ELA/2023/OP/0015. The contract ceiling is close to be reached, therefore to ensure the business continuity, a negotiated procedure according to the Point 11.1. (e) of Annex 1 of the EU Financial Regulation was launched. The option to follow this procedure to increase the framework contract ceiling in maximum 50% within three years of the validity of the framework contract was announced in the original procurement documents.
