Tender Description
Indre Østfold municipality (IØK) shall construct a new sewage treatment facility. A preliminary project has not been prepared. The municipality would like to develop an optimal system in cooperation with the turnkey contractor process and turnkey contractor building, as well as their respective contract helpers. This competition is for the procurement of a turnkey contractor process. A separate procurement of a turnkey contractor building is being announced.
