The objective of the procurement is to establish a dynamic purchasing system for consultancy services within public procurements, procurements and logistics. The scheme shall contribute to covering the defence sector ́s always changing need for consultancy services. The establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme does not prevent other systems being established, e.g. a framework agreement, if it is considered appropriate.
