Moy Estuary Charters (Ballina, Co. Mayo) invites tenders for the supply and delivery of a purpose-built fibreglass cabin vessel (deep-V planing monohull, twin outboard configuration) suitable for year-round commercial diving and marine adventure operations in Killala Bay and the Moy Estuary. The vessel is intended to support guided diving activity including wreck and reef sites, and must comply with the technical requirements set out in the procurement documents. Delivery is required no later than 31 October 2026. This is a single-lot competition using the Open Procedure. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
