Norway – Computer support and consultancy services – Framework agreement for ICT operational assistance 2026-2030

The Research Council of Norway c/o the Department for ICT and Information Security, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for consultancy and system development services in the area of operational services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 tenderers for a period of up to 4 years (3 years with an option for an extension for 1 year) from 01.03.2026.Hired consultants will initially have a place of work at Lysaker and work under the Research Council ́s management during the assignment period and cannot be based on remote works. All communication and documentation shall be in Norwegian.
