Ireland – Building installation work – : Energy Retrofit Framework Wicklow County Council Carlow County Council: Work will involve fabric upgrade of up to 200 houses a year in the Wicklow Carlow County area. Including but not limited to Heat Pump installation , External Internal Wall, attic insulation, windows and doors .

This is a Prior Information Notice for information purposes only and is not a call for competition – the competition will be carried out in the coming months via a framework. This notice serves as advanced notice of the Contracting Authority’s intention to issue tenders for the procurement of energy fabric upgrades of our housing stock in Wicklow Carlow County. There may be two sub¬groups in this framework for North Wicklow and South Wicklow/Carlow The duration of the framework is anticipated to take 48 months from 2026 to 2029.
