Tender Description
The objective of this assignment is for a consultant to act as Deputy Programme Manager (“DPM”) in the management and coordination of the Greening Financial System (“GFS”) Programme. The consultant will support the Programme Manager in coordinating the Programme Management Team (“PMT”) also including a network of EIB experts. The GFS Programme is implemented through TA activities delivered by a consortium of consultants (the Implementation Consultant).
