Norway – System and support services – System support tool for competition implementation (KGV) and contract follow-up (KAV).

The aim of the competition is to procure a trade system as further described as a contract implementation tool (KGV) and a contract administrative tool (KAV) that helps cover the need to make procurements in accordance with legal and regulation requirements, at the same time that kra-vet for verifiability is ensured. The aim is to use a system that as far as possible contributes to fully electronic case handling, from the preparation of tender documentation and qualification documentation, to awarding of contract and further contract follow-up. An option for an in-purchase analysis tool as a part of the competition.
